We want you to love your Vogue Rugs purchase! However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Types of Returns:
Change of Mind Returns: Applies if you simply change your mind or make a mistake while placing the order.
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
For non-defective returns, if you choose to use our return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and Issues: Items arriving damaged, Defective item, Incorrect Item
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
A full refund, including any initial shipping costs, will be issued upon verification of the damage, defect, or error.
Customers need to provide photos or other evidence of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, malfunctioning product, incorrect item received).
Initiating a Return:
Contact our customer service team at info@voguerugs.com.au. We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
Items sent back without an RA number will not be accepted.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of processing.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to reach our warehouse and be processed.
Exceptions:
Certain items may be excluded from returns, such as custom orders or personalized items. Please contact us if you have any questions about specific items.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired replacement.
Additional Information:
We strive to process returns promptly, but please allow for standard banking and credit card processing times after receiving your refund notification.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns at our sole discretion, adhering to all relevant consumer protection laws.
This policy applies only to purchases made from Vogue Rugs and may not reflect the return process for direct purchases from our suppliers.
