Trader Joes does not guarantee delivery if the address is entered incorrectly, or the address is provided to the merchant after the purchase of the deal
A ‘Change of Mind’ return is to be lodged for item(s) delivered to you according to your order with no defects. This would include items that have the correct size, colour and product description according to your order.
We accept most items back for Change of Mind returns. However, we have additional considerations. Please refer to the question ‘What can I return as Change of Mind?’ for more details.
Returned items must be unused and be in a fine and resalable condition. All original packaging and tags (where applicable) must be intact. Any instruction manuals, guides, add-ons or free gifts must also be returned.

Perishable goods, liquor, food and beverages
Personal care items
Hosiery, underwear & socks
Swimwear
Pierced jewellery
Mattresses, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors
Adult toys/sexual health products
Assembled furniture
Digital goods (download codes etc.)
Personalised/made to order goods
Earphones/headphones (if package has been opened)
Large/bulky appliances
Once your return is approved, you will receive an email on how to return your items. It is important your return is sent to the correct address provided in your return email
