Delivery


We operate a state-of-the-art fulfilment warehouse in Sydney, allowing us to dispatch all orders the same or next business day. All orders are also pick and pack verified by barcode scan, this ensures you receive your items both quickly and accurately, so you can start enjoying your purchases without delay.


Change of Mind Returns Policy


30 Days, Buyer pays for return postage.


We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.


 

Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.



Warranty Claims & Returns


Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your Catch Account to raise a warranty claim.


 

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.


 

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.


 

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.


 

Dead on Arrival? We'll cover the return cost.


All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.


 

Refunds Under Australian Consumer Law


Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
