Returns Policy
Refunds
SuperOffice can provide a refund to the original payment method only. The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If a product is received faulty (DOA), damaged or you receive the incorrect product, we will be happy to refund both the product and delivery costs.
Change of Mind Returns
All change of mind returns must be sealed in their original packaging, unused, unopened and in new resalable condition within 30 days of the product being dispatched. Any returns found to have been opened, used or damaged will not be eligible for refund or exchange, and will be held until the customer pays for return postage. The buyer is responsible for change of mind return postage costs.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australia Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
