Spectator Sports Group, previously known as Footy Gear Online, is a Melbourne based, Australian registered company and provider of sports equipment, clothing and merchandise. Established as an official AFL merchandise store 20 years ago, we proudly service the community and footy fans all over the country. We now offer a complete range of AFL gear from all teams, as well as supplying NRL, Cricket Australia and Socceroo merchandise online and in-store! We have worked hard to become the trusted AFL store in Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and beyond.
Our aim is for every customer to be 100% satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, send it back and we will happily exchange, or refund to the amount of returned items, as long as the item is in the same condition as they were sent, in the original packaging, labels and tags intact, and the item unused and unworn. You must contact us within fourteen(14) days of the receipt of your order for exchange and refund.
Face mask, underwear, compression skin and earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. No refund or exchange will be offered on products that have had numbers or letters pressed onto them.
Refund will only be given on the item value. Delivery charges, or standard postage $9.95 if free shipping, are not refundable. Buyer is to pay return postage, unless the item is faulty on arrival. For exchange, please provide a prepaid satchel for us to resend the new item, or, an additional delivery cost will be charged.
We cannot be held accountable for returned goods that are lost in transit. We suggest that they are packed appropriately and sent via Express Post.
Please contact us before return and exchange as we will instruct the steps and process need to be followed. Extra cost incurred by not following the process will NOT be reimbursed.
