Account Customers with Credit Terms will have a credit applied to their account.
For Account Customers paying by Credit Card, the credit will be applied against any outstanding balance. If no balance is owing, the credit can be placed against the account for future use or refunded to the same Credit Card used in the initial transaction.

5. Conditions for Credit Returns:

Credit returns are offered for products that meet the following criteria:

Damaged in transit and not of merchantable quality.
Supplied incorrectly.
Supplied within 90 days of the expiration date.
Encountered a major failure and not suitable for the intended purpose.

6. Exclusions from Credit Returns:

Credits will NOT be given under the following circumstances:

The invoice relating to the credit is MORE than 12 months old.
The Customer account is OUTSIDE trading terms.
