Change of Mind:
The item is as new and is not used or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals(if any)being unbroken). We will accept change of mind within 14 days of receiving order.
Damaged or defective:
If a product ordered is damaged or defective, or you received a wrong item/size, you can return or exchange the product within 14 business days upon received. Given that the product is unused and in the same condition as it was received, in original packaging with original tags. Regarding returns customer need to contact Catch Messaging for further enquiries.
Return Postage:
The customer needs to pay postage unless the product is defective or we made an error filling your order.
