Exchange Request:
In the case where you would like to change the size, colour or item, please contact us via Catch Messages within 14 days of delivery. We will also confirm availability of the exchanged item you request.

You will be provided a return authorization and address. Items must then be returned unused and in their original packaging and at your cost. On receipt of your returned items we shall ship the replacement item back to you.

Change of mind:
In the case where you simply change your mind, please contact us via Catch Messages within 14 days of delivery.

Wrong item or not as described:
In the rare case where you receive an item that is different to the one you ordered please contact us via Catch Messages within 14 days of delivery.

We will send you a reply paid postage voucher for you to return the incorrect item. Please return the item unused and in their original packaging.

On receipt of your returned item we will express post the correct item back to you.

Faulty Items:
In the rare case where you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us Catch messages on noticing the fault. We may request photos or we will send you a reply paid postage voucher for you to return the item.

On receipt of your returned item we will express post a replacement back to you. In the case the item is no-longer available we will provide you a Full Refund through Catch Marketplace.
