Products being returned must be returned in the original condition that the products were in when you received them. Upon inspection, Onsport Australia must be satisfied that the products returned are in the original condition that the products were in when you received them. Products being returned must not have been used or worn (particularly having no marks, discolouration or stains on the soles of shoes from trying shoes on or using them) and the products must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged (including any tissue paper, cardboard, plastic, boxes or similar). For sanitary and health reasons we will not accept returns of swimwear, underwear, socks or face masks, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

The products you are returning must be returned within 14 days of the order being received and may be returned for change of mind.

Cost of returns. If eligible for a return, free returns are available on orders shipped to an Australian address where the total of the products ordered (excluding shipping costs) exceeds A$150.

Where the total value of the original order that included the products you are returning was less than or equal to A$150, you may return the products to Onsport at your own cost.

Returns are not available for sports technology products and bulky or oversized items including: trampolines, road bikes, fitness equipment and accessories, including treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing machines, dumbells, kettlebells, pilates trainers, cross trainers, benches, weights/home gyms and other machines / fitness related equipment, beach cabanas, beach umbrellas, golf equipment and sport goals.
