We are an Australian bedding manufacturer and supplier selling direct to the public and selected distributors. Our 100% pure Australian wool quilts are manufactured directly at our factory in Smithfield, Sydney. We are also stockists of a wide variety of quality bedding and bath linen at fiercely competitive prices. We offer our customers a 100% satisfaction.
You are entitled to a return an item, if it is damaged or faulty upon delivery WITH insurance.
We will then supply you with new item.
Conditions of returns are as follows:
Claims for return must be made in writing within the first 7 days of receipt of item.
Freight fees are non refundable.
The item must be returned in the original packaging and in original condition in order to qualify for exchange.
