Guarantee:

All our products are covered by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This means they must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match any descriptions or samples shown. If a product is faulty, doesn't do what it claims to do, or doesn't match the description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Change of Mind:

We want you to know that we strive for your complete satisfaction. However, due to hygiene and safety concerns, cosmetics and fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind once opened or used, including testers and samples.

Exceptions:

There are very limited circumstances where we may consider a return or exchange for used or opened cosmetics or fragrances:

Adverse reactions: In documented cases of adverse reactions confirmed by a medical professional, we may assess the claim and consider offering a remedy on a case-by-case basis. Just so you know, the product itself may not be solely responsible for the reaction, and other factors may be considered.
Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will quickly arrange for the correct item to be sent and cover the return shipping costs.
Procedure:

To return or exchange an eligible item under the ACL or within the exceptions outlined above:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, clearly stating the reason for your return or exchange.
We will provide instructions on returning the item, including the return address.
Ensure the item is returned with all accessories and documentation in its original packaging.
Upon receipt, we will assess the item and process your refund or exchange according to your request.
Please note:

All return shipping costs, unless it was our fault (e.g., wrong item sent), are the customer's responsibility.
We may not be able to offer a refund or exchange for items damaged, opened, or used beyond reasonable testing.
