CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
1. Bricktown will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
- returned within 14 days of receiving order;
- as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken;
- in a resaleable condition; and
- not damaged in any way.
2. We cannot accept change-of-mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. Initial postage will also be deducted from total order. If the item is not received by Bricktown, you will not be eligible for a return.
4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.

NB: Our products are children’s toys for children. Boxes will usually have shelf-wear or dents. We cannot guarantee collector's grade mint boxes.

Transit times would depend on location and shipping option selected. Item will be sent using Australia Post service We are not responsible for wrong address provided.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to submitting your order. If the parcel is returned to us as a result of incorrect or incomplete address, your order will be refunded minus the shipping and handling cost.

Most of our parcel options require signature on delivery, in that case if no one in attendance to sign the parcel during the delivery time, your local Australia Post courier will bring the parcel to your local Australia Post office.

Australia Post holds parcels for 10 business days at a Post Office. After five days, Australia Post may send a reminder card or collection notification. If a parcel isn't collected within 10 business days, it's returned to the sender.

If your parcel is returned to us by Australia Post as a result from failure to collect at your local post office, we will only refund your item cost (postage and handling fee will not be refunded).

Once an order is placed, in most cases it is not possible for us to alter / make corrections to shipping addresses. We will need you to cancel the order so you can place a new one with the correct shipping details.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
