CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS:
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of the item(s) being received. Please contact us via the Catch messaging system to start the return process. The item(s) must be unopened, unused, untested, and in their original packaging.
Postage for change of mind returns is paid for by the customer. The customer assumes the risk of loss, theft, or damage of goods during return transit. It is strongly advised to opt for a tracked shipment option with postage insurance.
Bella Scoop will not be responsible for returned parcels lost or damaged in transit. Returns not received by Bella Scoop's warehouse will not qualify for a refund.
Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS:
Please contact us within 3 business days via the Catch messaging system if a product is missing, arrives damaged, or is faulty. Depending on the situation, we may require photos or the return of faulty products to our warehouse. Do not dispose of any products or packaging until we have addressed the case.
Once a return case is opened and a return label is provided, the faulty item must be lodged with Australia Post within 14 days.
*Some products may also be offered by other sellers. In those cases, the lowest available price for each product will be displayed.
