CHANGE OF MIND
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, A+ Living will offer a gift card, exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion, to the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase, provided that:
1. Items are returned within thirty (30) days of the time of receipt of goods;
2. You have proof of purchase; and
3. Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
Please ensure that the returned product is suitably packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items can be returned via post box or post office, depending on the size of the return parcel.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If in the unfortunate event your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer service team or alternatively get in touch within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods. Should your item be deemed faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, A+ Living will provide a gift card, exchange, store credit or refund. Refunds will be processed according to your original method of payment.
If you believe your item is faulty after the 30 day time criteria, A+ Living may require you to send the item back at your expense for assessment. This cost will be refunded to you if item is deemed faulty.
