We accept returns within 30 days of the order being received
1. Buyer change of mind return , buyer has to return the item on their own cost, item must be in its original condition and never be used and in resell condition
2. DOA return, Damage on arrival must be reported to us within 2 days of parcel arrival, we will cover the return postage by providing a prepaid postage label, buyer should be responsible to take item to an Auspost post office to send it back
3. Product quality issue return, we accept product quality issue returns in 30 days of item arrival. we will cover the return postage by providing a prepaid postage label, buyer should be responsible to bring item to an Auspost post office and send it back to us. Over 30 days, we will treat it as warranty case.
4.All food and personal products are only accepted for unopened returns within 7 days of arrival.
