Returns Policy
If the item is in its original state and packaging, We accept Change of Mind returns for 14 days after you have received the item, and applicable initial shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If it is a quality problem or shipping damage, we will bear the freight.
Change of mind orders will not be accepted:
●Opened vacuum-packed products
●Products that come into contact with the skin
●Assembled furniture
●Large/Bulky Appliances
Return requirements:
● Returns must include all accessories
● Item must include original packaging
● Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
You may be provided a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements of our policy.
Product in use
For products with non-artificial quality problems within 12 months, we will only charge the freight to reissue accessories for you. Products older than 12 months are subject to accessories and shipping costs.
