You are welcome to return new unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, including shipping cost;
If we shipped the incorrect product.
If the product is damaged in transit, we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds may take up to 14 days due to the time, the courier collects and returns the products for inspection and processed through our administration. We need you to please allow 3 to 5 working days for the bank to process the refund request. In many cases, you may receive a refund much earlier.
Note:
At our expense, we always pay an additional second delivery fee in advance in the case that the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful.
A third delivery attempt or goods returned back to our warehouse and or courier depot will be borne by the customer for re-delivery.
The courier company will also need to provide evidence of attempted delivery dates and times to ensure that they have acted in good faith on behalf of our customers.
