Performer Notes:
- Recording information: Enamel.
- Members of Omaha new wave revivalists the Faint would not be the first people that come to mind when staffing a radical death-metal influenced side project, but that's precisely who's responsible for ZOMBIE AESTHETICS. And it works better than you'd think. Guitarist Dapose has found a way to integrate the fractured synths and broken beats of his main gig into a shattered-mirror digital vision of death's breakneck tempos and growling vocals. "Specimen Well" surfs micro-mini Slayer guitars over a bed of glitchy squawks, and the oppressive "Over Active Appreciation" stuffs drills and jackhammers into a blender with busted laptops.
