Made of high-quality material, this whetstone has high hardness, wear-resistant and durable to use.
The sharp blade is suitable for sharpening and fine grinding of knives.
It is mainly used for the fine polishing of jade instrument industry, precision parts, gems, measuring tools, cutting tools, instruments and cemented carbide.
How to Use:
Soak it in water for 10 minutes, and place it on a bamboo base with a rubber bracket and a flat surface.
Clamp the guide on the tool.
Using 320 grit sand surface, rough grinding at an angle of 10 to 30 degrees, gently press the knife, this process takes approximately 15 minutes.
Then use the 1200 grit sand surface for fine grinding which will takes about 10 minutes.
Use 2000 grit sand surface and lightly sand at an angle of 10 to 30 degrees for 15 minutes.
Then use 4000 grit sand surface for mirror polishing for 10 minutes.
Use leather stroke polishing blade to remove burrs.
Use flat stones to keep the water and rocks level.
Keep some water on the stone to keep it cool.
After grinding, clean the knife with a damp cloth or water, and then wipe it dry.
Clean the stone with a soft brush, and then place it in a well-ventilated place to dry.
