The blade tamper grinding improves the knife's performance, keeping the edge sharp for a longer and an accurate cut.

The knives are dishwasher safe. However, dishwashing is not recommended as food salt, heat and detergent can cause corrosion and blunt your knives. If dishwashed, it is recommended to dry carefully once the cycle is complete.
