Utilizing fruit from some of the North Coast's most prestigious vineyards, Silver Palm produces Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Zinfandel that are best described as quintessentially Californian. Using cutting-edge and traditional artisan winemaking techniques, winemaker Ben Salazar meticulously fashions this superb fruit into delicious wines.
APPEARANCE
Our Cabernet Sauvignon is dark ruby in color.
AROMA
Aromas of black currants, anise, tobacco, and dark chocolate.
PALATE
On the palate the wine presents flavors of blackberries, cherries, cocoa and toasty oak, which are complemented by soft tannins that lead to a silky finish.
