The nose is complex and perfumed, with less citrus, and more complexity than previous vintages. Fine acidity gives the wine a firm backbone, and a long, lingering, bone-dry finish. Whilst this wine is delicious when consumed young, it ages extremely well.

Enjoy with pork, shellfish, poultry, cured meats, appetizers and snacks.
