Zinsser Peel Stop is a clear, binding undercoat, interior & exterior sealer. Strengthens peeling and chalky surface and promotes adhesion of old paint coatings. Low odour, easy-to-use sealer may be top-coated in 2 hours.

For Best Results:

At normal temperatures Peel Stop will dry in one hour and may be primed or painted in two hours.
