With 5% mencia. Destemmed fruit, left on skins for 12 days then racked to old French oak. Showcases the grape with a spread of juicy, ripe red cherries, plum, raspberry and briar with an expansive, generous palate. Medium in weight, fine in tannin with some juicy interplay of tannin and fruit through to the finish.
