Idle Hands

Coop's previously published works, Devil's Advocate: The Art of Coop (Weshampton House, 2001) and The Big Fat One (Aperient Pr, 2002), have focused primarily on the artist's illustrations. Using acrylics, Coop takes the bold iconography of his past work and re-contextualises it on a larger scale, examining its individual parts to create a cohesive whole. The book contains everything that Coop's fans love about his work - smoking devils, voluptuous girls and hotrods - presented side-by-side with a healthy dose of surprises.
