Husk Pure Cane is the signature unaged agricole. Vibrant, grassy and fresh, this spirit is the perfect introduction to this beautiful and unique style of rum.
Most of the rum enjoyed in the Caribbean is unaged, or white, rum. To truly understand the complexity of agricole rum you must start with the spirit in its purest form - unaged.
Seasonal harvest variations are reflected most clearly in unaged agricoles - the provenance and terroir is captured in every bottle. This is why on the back of each Pure Cane bottle you'll see the specific cane variety used and the harvest year.
Pure Cane is designed to be mixed in simple, refreshing ways. Recommended cocktails include mojitos, daiquiris, the traditional Brazilian Caipirinha (pronounced Kai-Pee-Reen-Yas) or classic Caribbean Ti Punch (TEE punch). To keep it simple, mix with soda water and a squeeze of lime.
