‘The Chase’ is produced from high quality fruit grown on old vines in central Pokolbin. Here, the vineyards are situated on light clay-loam soils. As such, this release presents as vibrant, textural, and expressive.

Sandy soils, low-cropping vines, and ruthless fruit selection have combined to deliver a wine showing characters typical to premium Semillon produced from this area; lemongrass, lime, and green apple flavours carried over a pure line of natural acidity.

Pairs wonderfully with steamed rainbow trout served with burnt butter and capers.
