Question 1: No microphone.

Answer 1: The headset microphone is retractable and retracted in for packing reason, please pull the mic out after you receive it.

Question 2: The RGB light does not work.

Answer 2: First, please plug the headset USB jack in your device. Then if the light does not turn on, check whether the light switch on wire control is turned on.

Question 3: No sound from the headphones.

Answer 3: Please check whether the volume control is adjusted well.

Question 4: No sound from the microphone, people on the other side can not hear me.

Answer 4: First, please check if the microphone switch is turned on. Then check whether the headset plug is correctly connected to the speaker jack.

Question 5: It does not work on my Xbox One.

Answer 5: Please check and make sure the 1-in-2 adapter is well connected. Note: if you are using an older Xbox One model, you need a Microsoft adapter(not included) to attach to your Xbox One controller.
