Question 1: The RGB light does not work.

Answer 1: First, please plug the headset USB jack in your device. Then if the light does not turn on, check whether the light switch on wire control is turned on.

Question 2: No sound from the headphones.

Answer 2: Please check whether the volume control is adjusted well.

Question 3: No sound from the microphone, people on the other side can not hear me.

Answer 3: First, please check if the microphone switch is turned on. Then check whether the headset plug is correctly connected to the speaker jack.

Question 4: It does not work on my Xbox One.

Answer 4: Please check and make sure the headset 3.5mm plug is well connected. Note: if you are using an older Xbox One model, you need a Microsoft adapter(not included) to attach to your Xbox One controller.

This headset is NOT USB-Headset, the USB interface is only used for power supply to LED light.
The USB is just for the Led light, when you plug the USB, the LED will work.

1 is for the microphone and 1 is for audio.
