Dr Edge Tasmania Riesling is a vibrant and zesty white wine that showcases the distinct cool-climate characteristics of Tasmania. This Riesling features a pale straw color and a captivating bouquet of lime, lemon zest, and green apple, interwoven with hints of jasmine, white flowers, and a subtle touch of wet stone. On the palate, it offers a refreshing and lively experience with crisp acidity and bright citrus flavors, balanced by a delicate minerality and a hint of natural sweetness. The wine's finish is long and clean, leaving a pleasing, mouthwatering sensation. Pressed to clay amphora and old oak casks, the juice is fermented naturally, matured for 9 months on lees.  The amphora contains a small amount of whole clusters.
