This is a gin that truly champions saffron, a decadent sensory wonderland in a glass. Southern Wild this use hand-picked and dried saffron, steeped in a bespoke 14-botanical Gin base (a variation on Burgess' Mountain Gin including Tasmanian pepperberry, wakame and lavender).

Intense saffron colour, glorious and inviting, that provides a rich toffee smell.

It presents a floral and spicy palette with Tasmanian Pepperberry warmth and sublime lingering saffron finish.
