Made from Riesling vines up to 47 years old, a delicate nose of white flowers and citrus pith leads onto an intense lemon, lime and grapefruit palate. Lovely chalky acidity extends the finish and provides a cleansing finale to this wine.

There is a delightful lightness in our 2022 Riesling, which bodes well for its ability to match food. Think sushi, fried Tasmanian scallops or even a plate of natural Angasi (native Tasmanian oysters).

While enjoyable now, our 2022 Riesling will also reward careful cellaring.
