A celebration of Eden Valley Riesling with elegant aromas of clean, bright citrus and jasmine florals followed by a bright acidity on the palate that, combined with a fine grained mineral texture, gives exceptional length and vibrancy to the palate.
Colour: Pale green straw.
Aroma: Delightful and vibrant nose of white florals, citrus zest and freshly squeezed lime juice.
Palate: Vibrant and lifted palate of lime zested over slate, a strong and driven structure with the full array of juicy yellow, green and orange citrus fruit with a halo of white floral notes. An undercurrent of slatey texture provides a great deal of length, freshness and character.
