Bernardo Bellotto 1740

This volume is dedicated to BernardoBellotto (1722-1780), grandson of Canaletto and protagonist of 18thcentury landscape painting. In the age of the Grand Tour, the eighteenyear old Bellotto visited the great Italian art cities, leaving us withexceptional views that already reveal the peculiar characteristics andmodernity of his painting.
