- Unscrew the 3 parts of the espresso pot, fill the base with water up to the level of the safety valve and insert the filter funnel.
- Fill the filter funnel with finely ground coffee (do not press down), make sure there's no coffee powder left on the edge, then place it back to the lower chamber and screw the top and base together firmly.
- Heat a few minutes on the heating device with a small / medium fire, the coffee slowly overflow into the upper.
- Take the coffee pot away from the heating device, and then you can enjoy your coffee.

- Before using the newly purchased pot, cook it with clean water for at least three times to ensure the cleanliness of the pot
- Pot is not suitable for keeping coffee warm and re-boiled.
- Remember not to cook on the heating device without water.
- Be sure to use ground coffee.
- When using gas for cooking, do not open the fire too much to avoid burning the handle.
- Do not add more water to the lower cup than the safety valve. When the water boils, gas will spray out from the safety valve, and the safety valve loses its safety protection.
- When filling coffee powder, do not press it, just flatten the surface slightly, because excessive pressure may cause the coffee to not come out.
- Before using the coffee cup, it is best to scald it with hot water to keep the coffee temperature.
