The TechnIQ 30cm Wok - Commercial grade non-stick - perfect food release. The extra-long handle is well-balanced for ease of moving the pan around while cooking. Ideal for cooktop to oven - oven safe to 260 degrees C. Stratanium+ non-stick surface provides exceptional searing results with little or no oil.
