Brookie’s Byron Slow Gin is the first of its kind. Made in the traditional style of the English ‘Sloe’ gin, Brookie’s Byron Slow Gin showcases a unique rainforest fruit native to the subtropical region of Byron Bay, the Davidson Plum. We steep these plums in ;Brookie's Byron Dry Gin for over a year and let time weave its magic. ;

Tasting Notes

Brookie’s Byron Slow Gin is a combination of all the complexities of our Byron Dry, as it is used as the base, however, the plum imparts a bright, berry-like flavour into the gin. We look for a tart but well-rounded flavour. Expect exhilarating flavours of rose, watermelon, and bright plum.

We saw traditional ‘Sloe Gin’ as an inspiration; however, we disqualify ourselves from the category as we do not use sloe berries, we use less sugar and our method deviates from tradition. 26% ABV.
