TASTING NOTES

The 2021 Shiraz is a medium bodied, elegant red wine, displaying lifted red berry and spicy characters, with dark berry and chocolate flavours on the palate. Ripe, fine grained tannins fill the wine out, leading to a long finish. A perfect wine with steak and lamb. Enjoy now or allow to age in the cellar for 8 - 10 years
