Founded by husband and wife team, Tony and Sharon Rechtman, DB Cosmetics was created to challenge the idea that affordable cosmetics couldn't be good. While living in the US, they noticed that women in LA managed to look a million bucks wearing high street fashion brands, yet in cosmetics, inexpensive meant poor quality. From this DB was born; great quality, affordable cosmetics that are better than the high-end brands.
