The Chef's Choice 316 is a compact electric knife sharpener with 2 phases. Suitable for all knives with a cut of 15 degrees and serrated knives. Phase 1 grinds a new cut to your knife using 100 percent diamond cutting discs. In phase 2, this cut is refined using microscopic 100 percent diamond technology. This results in a very sharp double cut that remains sharp for a long time. The Chef's Choice 316 is also suitable for filleting knives, pocket knives and hunting knives. Comes in black colour.
