This is a wine-drinkers’ Moscato. Just like they say that Krug is the wine-drinkers’ Champagne. Well, not exactly the same but you get the picture. It’s darn good, and has more intrigue and interest than the lolly water usually passed off as being made from grapes.
It’s very pretty, and comes on all Springtime roses, sweet peach, melons and that oh so moreish grapeiness that’s the hallmark of the Prosecco/Glera grape. Great balance of acid and fizz to make your mouth water and yearn for the next sip.
