1. How do I track my order and delivery?
You can track your order by checking:
- Your order status via your Catch account
- Emails/texts from our shipping partners containing your tracking number and delivery updates
You may receive multiple delivery confirmation emails if you have purchased items from multiple Sellers.
2. Why are some parcels taking longer to deliver?
To provide our customers with an indication of when their products will arrive, we include estimated dispatch times on each product page.
3. Can I make a return?
Yes, our Returns & Warranty team are here to help if you need to lodge a Return Request (RMA). Simply log in to your Catch account, locate your order and request a return.
4. Does Catch offer Express Shipping?
Yes, orders that are eligible for Express Shipping will show this option at checkout. The overall cost will depend on the weight of products within your order.
5. Where can I find more information?

6. Price Gouging on Catch.com.au
Catch has always been about giving our customers
amazing value and being a destination for the best
deals. With the ongoing crisis already making things
difficult for our customers, we want to ensure that
your experience on Catch remains as enjoyable and
consistent as ever.
We have adopted a
zero tolerance to ‘price gouging’
behaviour on Catch by our marketplace sellers. Our
Quality Curation team has been busy at work
reviewing the thousands of essential marketplace
products looking for those that have been marked up
to unfair or unreasonable prices. We will take
action against Sellers that unreasonably or
unjustifiably raise their prices on essential goods
to take advantage of our customers during this
critical period. This includes removing certain
items from the platform or suspending Sellers who
are repeat offenders.
If you see a
product that you suspect is price gouging, you can
report it via the contact us page and our Quality
Curation team will assess the product and determine
whether it needs to be removed from our site.
Anything we deem to breach our Price Gouging Policy
will be removed.

If an order contains a qualifying item and any additional item that does not qualify for express postage, then the express postage option does not apply to any item within the order.
Express post is provided by Australia Post and is subject to delivery timeframes published on Australia Post website.
OnePass subscribers receive a reduced price for express shipping. OnePass subscribers must be logged in and have their OnePass account linked to their Catch account for any applicable benefits to be displayed and applied to an order.

Products sold by Marketplace Sellers
To ensure you get the best prices and quickest delivery, these products are sold and shipped directly from the Marketplace Seller.
The delivery speeds and costs for Marketplace items vary by Seller, and are displayed on the product page and during checkout before you confirm your order.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order by:
- Checking the order status via My Account
- Emails and texts sent from our shipping partners with the tracking number and shipping updates
Please allow 1-2 business days from purchasing your items for your entire order to be dispatched and shipping details confirmed by email.
You may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails if you have purchased from multiple Sellers.
