Without the overly floral notes of other gins, this blend has forward juniper notes followed by pronounced citrus flavours like lemon zest and orange marmalade. This is a drier type of gin, crafted from traditional botanicals that give London gin its distinctive character. A subtle hint of almonds and perfect balance round out the flavours. This gin is ideal for a dirty martini and fresh olive juice or smooth enough for a refreshing gin & tonic with a squeeze of tart lime juice. The slight aromas of cinnamon and coriander don't overwhelm a traditional gin cocktail.
